The plan includes many data including well trajectory, casing design, mud program, well control, Drilling Bit Selection, geological data, formation gradient estimations, economics, and special procedures that shall be followed during the construction of the well. Although drilling procedures are carefully developed, they are subject to be modified according to well conditions.
